Menu Covers
My friend is the manager of a really good restaurant group in the suburbs of Manchester and Cheshire. As she is the general manager she is responsible for all sorts of things from buying Menu Covers and designing the menus to being responsible for all the staff in the four restaurants that the group have. She really loves her job but it is the little things like choosing Menu Covers that she finds difficult as she thinks it is the least interesting part of her job.
