A friend of mine has just undertaken
Life Coach Training in order to help people sort out their lives. I had never heard of
Life Coach Training before and I was intrigued enough to ask what
Life Coach Training consisted of. She told me that being a life coach was a very popular career choice at the moment. When I asked her why this was, she replied that many people in this busy day and age had lost sight of what was really important in life and they needed a life coach in order to get back on track. She said that this lack of focus was particularly prevalent in large cities like London, where people find that they spend the whole of their lives chasing from one appointment to another without having the time to ever take stock and think about the bigger picture that is their life. She loves helping people herself and her natural demeanour with people will, I think, work really well in this environment. She is an incredibly approachable person and I am sure she will be very successful in her chosen venture. I think it is so nice that she has managed to find something so different from a mundane job.
